To provide the best service, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. • No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Late Arrivals: Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
